CLIMATE


Moldova has a moderately continental climate, with warm, long summers and mild winters.

Temperatures

The average monthly temperatures in winter: from -3ºC in the south to -5ºC in the north. The average monthly temperatures in summer: from 19ºC in the north to 22ºC in the south.


Precipitation

Annual total precipitation: 400 mm in the southeast, 550 mm in the northwest.
