Belarus has a moderately continental climate. Winters are frosty, windy and humid, whereas summers are mild and warm.

The average monthly temperatures in winter: from -8ºC in the northeast to - 4ºC in the east. The average monthly temperatures in summer: from 17ºC in the east to 19ºC in Minsk.
